Confetti tunnel after a wedding at City Hall in Dublin.

Dublin Wedding at City Hall: A Pink Disco Party That Took Over the Streets.

If you’re planning a Dublin Wedding at City Hall and want something that feels more like a full-blown experience than a formal event, this is exactly the kind of energy you need to see.

Steph and Colm didn’t just throw a wedding. They created a day that moved, felt, and hit differently from start to finish. No stiffness. No overthinking. Just good people, big moments, and zero holding back.

Getting Ready in the Heart of Dublin.

The day kicked off with Steph and Colm getting ready in separate hotel rooms, each surrounded by their ride-or-die crew, with everything running seamlessly thanks to Infusion Weddings.

Steph’s look was unreal. A satin dress with personality from Rara Avis Group via Eleganza Sposa, paired with a statement bow from Nutmeg Couture. She finished it off with killer shoes from Tom Ford, while her hair and makeup team – Erin Kempton Hair@tiabrown_makeupstudio, and Fionn Boyle Makeup Artist – absolutely nailed that effortless-but-elevated vibe.

Meanwhile, Colm kept things sharp in a suit from Suited & Booted, paired with classic shoes from Loake.

The energy in both rooms? Loud, fun, and slightly chaotic in the best way.

A First Look With a View.

Their first look happened on a balcony overlooking the city.
No staging. No awkward posing. Just the two of them taking a second before the day properly kicked off.

Moments like this hit different, especially in a Dublin wedding where the city itself becomes part of the story. Then, straight back out into it.

Hitting the Streets for Portraits.

Instead of waiting around, we headed straight into the streets.

We wandered through Dublin, chasing movement, light, and anything that felt interesting. Then we stopped off at City Hall in Dublin for some iconic portraits before the ceremony even began.

This is the kind of thing that makes a wedding feel less like a schedule and more like an experience.

A Dublin Wedding Ceremony at City Hall That Actually Meant Something.

The ceremony at City Hall was led by Moya Corcoran, and it hit that perfect balance.
Personal. Emotional. Zero fluff.

Every part felt intentional, without ever dragging. You could feel how much it meant to them, and to everyone in the room.

The styling, brought together with florals from Flower Pop, added that mix of classic elegance and modern edge that carried through the whole day.

The Dublin Wedding Moment That Stole the Show.

Straight after the ceremony, things escalated fast.
Steph and Colm didn’t head quietly to drinks. They kicked things off with a full brass band parade through the streets of Dublin, led by The New Brass Kings.

  • Live music blasting
  • Guests dancing through the streets
  • Confetti flying from Just Hitched Confetti
  • Traffic stopping

It was chaos. The best kind.
This is what happens when you fully lean into your Dublin wedding and make the city part of it.

Confetti, Energy and Zero Holding Back.

Let’s talk about that confetti moment.
Because it wasn’t subtle.
This was full, unapologetic, all-in energy and it worked because they committed to it completely.

Captured alongside film from Forever Endeavour Films, every second of it felt big, loud, and properly unforgettable.

Back to the Party: Food, Speeches and Good Vibes.

After the parade, everyone landed at Fallon and Byrne for the reception.
The drinks reception, powered by @therightcatering, kept the energy high from the second guests walked in.

Then came the food, the speeches, and everything in between.
The tables looked unreal, tied together with stationery from @thirtysomethingstudio, and the whole space just felt alive.

The speeches? Funny, emotional, slightly chaotic – exactly what you want.
And the cake from @zffoodie didn’t last long.

Sneaking Off for Flash Photos (And an Outfit Change).

At this point, most couples stay put.
Steph and Colm did the opposite.

We snuck off for some late-night flash portraits, and this is where things shifted again. Steph changed into a second look from Rebecca Tembo – shorter, sharper, and built for the dance floor.
It felt less like a wedding and more like an editorial shoot at this point.

These are always the moments that end up meaning the most.

A First Dance That Turned Into a Full-Blown Party.

Back at Fallon and Byrne, the dance floor was already building.
Their first dance didn’t stay slow for long. It flipped straight into a full party, with The Suitcase Seven keeping the energy going all night.

No drop-off. No awkward lull.
Just a packed dancefloor and people fully in it.

Why This Dublin Wedding at City Hall Just Worked.

What made this Dublin Wedding at City Hall stand out wasn’t just one big moment. It was how everything flowed together.

From the balcony first look to the street parade, from the ceremony to the late-night flash shots, it all felt intentional without ever feeling forced.

They focused on:

  • Being present with their people
  • Trusting their suppliers
  • Keeping the energy high
  • Letting go of anything that didn’t matter

And because of that, the whole day felt effortless.
