A Piss Up in a Brewery: Tasha & Jack’s Epic Manchester, Northern Quarter Wedding.

A Piss Up in a Brewery: Tasha & Jack’s Epic Manchester, Norther Quarter Wedding.

Beer, street art, pop punk bangers, and giant cardboard cats – this piss up in a brewery style Manchester, Norther Quarter wedding was one for the history books!

When Tasha and Jack decided to tie the knot, they didn’t opt for some fancy, formal affair. Nope. Instead, they turned a brewery into a wedding venue, dragged their nearest and dearest down for a Manchester, Norther Quarter Wedding full of beer, street are and pop punk bangers, and threw a party that was equal parts chaos and perfection. They literally organised a piss up in a brewery! If you’re after a Manchester Northern Quarter wedding that feels like a wild, unfiltered celebration of you, take notes – because these two absolutely nailed it.

The Morning Vibes – Badass Details & Good Energy.

The day kicked off at an AirBnB just outside Manchester, where Tasha and her crew took over like the legends they are. Laughter, music, and pre-wedding chaos filled the house as everyone got ready. But here’s the thing – Tasha didn’t just “get ready”; she made it personal.

Her custom stationery? Killer.

Her dad’s jewellery? Sentimental, subtle, and cool as hell.

It’s the small things like this that hit you – a reminder that weddings are just as much about the people as they are about the party. And trust me, this day was going to be one hell of a party.

The Ceremony: Beers, Confetti & Seven Brothers Tap House.

If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like to get married in a brewery, let me tell you – it’s an absolute vibe. Seven Brothers Tap House was buzzing as Jack and his crew rocked up, pints in hand and ready to go. No stuffy traditions here – this ceremony was all about Tasha and Jack doing it their way.

With a close friend leading the charge, the whole thing was personal, relaxed, and full of laughs. It ended with one hell of a confetti explosion and a first kiss that set the tone for the day – bold, badass, and full of love.

The beers flowed straight after because, honestly, if you’re getting hitched in a brewery, why would you do anything else?

Speeches That Hit Harder Than a Mosh Pit!

Post-ceremony, the brewery buzz turned into full-on celebration mode. Speeches rolled out, and let me tell you – they hit. Tasha’s brother kicked things off, followed by Jack and his best man, who left no eye dry in the house.

There’s something about beer in hand, surrounded by the people you love most, that makes moments like this hit differently. It was emotional. It was hilarious. And yeah, I’ll admit it – even I shed a tear.

Urban Portraits – Manchester Northern Quarter wedding.

Once we’d all recovered from the speeches, it was time to head out and hit Manchester’s Northern Quarter – a gritty, urban playground that’s perfect for alternative wedding portraits.

The Northern Quarter isn’t about manicured lawns and flower arches – it’s raw, creative, and full of character. Tasha and Jack were totally in their element as we explored. We hit some of Manchester’s coolest backdrops:

• The insane street art by @‌thehammo that added bold pops of colour.

• Hidden gems like Gran T Coffee House, where the shutter literally matched the wedding’s entire vibe.

These two looked effortlessly cool, wandering the backstreets in their wedding gear like they owned the city. And honestly? They kinda did.

The Party – Pop Punk Bangers & Cardboard Cats.

Back at Seven Brothers, the night shifted into full-on chaos – the good kind, obviously. The first dance kicked off with Tasha and Jack tearing it up on the dance floor, holding giant cardboard cutouts of their cats, Colin and Marshmallow. I mean, if that doesn’t scream iconic, I don’t know what does.

From there, the playlist was wall-to-wall pop punk perfection. Think Blink-182, Green Day, and Fall Out Boy – bangers that had everyone jumping, shouting, and singing along like it was 2005 again. The dancefloor was pure carnage, in the best way possible. Drinks flowed, shoes came off, and nobody was holding back – exactly how a brewery wedding should feel.

Why This Manchester Northern Quarter Wedding Slapped Hard!

Tasha and Jack’s wedding was more than just a celebration – it was a statement. It proved that you don’t need to follow anyone else’s rules. Forget tradition. Forget expectations. If you want a brewery wedding, pop punk anthems, and giant cat cutouts? Go for it.

From the Northern Quarter portraits to the beer-fuelled dancefloor chaos, every moment was unapologetically them. It was raw, real, and ridiculously fun – the kind of wedding that makes you want to grab a pint and raise a toast to doing things differently.
